Are your products safe?
We are committed to safety. Our business has been built on maintaining tables safely.
Our tables are tested to European Standard EN 1729-2: (2004) Sizemark 5.
As an example, we are the only company to hand finish the perimeter edge of plastic stools to ensure that they do not have the sharp edge that other stools have.
What does your warranty cover?
Our folding dining tables are guaranteed for sixteen years from date of delivery. Our guarantee is extensive – tabletops, metal framework, castors and stools are all warranted against defect.
We are a no-quibble company and we will not argue over small print.
We want you, as a valued customer, to be pleased both with your purchase and with our service.
What are your delivery times?
We usually deliver within six weeks.
If, however, you require tables sooner than that, please contact us and we will endeavour to meet your needs.
Do you have good after sales service?
We are a company that pride ourselves in being customer friendly and attentive. This is one of the cornerstones of our business.
We have 25 years experience of maintaining and carrying out annual checks on table seating units, so we’re ideally placed to offer a complete after sales service.
Can you carry out annual checks and repairs on our existing table seating units?
Yes! We’d be delighted to give you a competitive quote.
Our maintenance service is carried out to the highest standard by people with experience and a passion for their work.
All staff are CRB checked. We will arrange a convenient time to call and will never disrupt the running of your school day during a visit.
